3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and the security of your account. We are not liable for unauthorized use of your account.

4. Pricing and Payment

Paid plan pricing is listed on our pricing page. Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the billing period.

5. Social Media Integration

The Service connects to social media platforms (e.g., Instagram) with your explicit permission.

• Content is published only at your direction
• You may disconnect at any time
• Compliance with platform terms and community guidelines is your responsibility
• We are not liable for publishing failures caused by platform outages or API changes

6. AI-Generated Content

Ownership of AI-generated content belongs to you. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You are responsible for how you use generated content.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Violation of applicable laws or public order
• Unauthorized use or reverse engineering of the Service
• Harassment of other users
• Registration of false information
• Excessive load on Service infrastructure

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damages arising from service interruption, suspension, or modification, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms as necessary. Updated terms take effect upon notification within the Service.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
